Product types

Delivery charges depend on the type of product you are purchasing.

Bikes

Bikes are delivered internationally via UPS and other international couriers.

Bikes also includes:

• Kids bikes
• Tag-a-longs
• Trailers

Delivery is charged per item for bikes. If a bike order contains bulky items and/or clothing & accessories, only the bike delivery charge is applied.

Bikes are normally built and despatched by courier within about 3-5 days and normally take 5-7 days on in-stock items to be delivered depending on the country we are shipping to (all bikes are assembled and tested by our mechanics prior to dispatch). During peak periods delivery may take up to 14 days. A signature is required upon delivery. On the day of despatch we will contact you to provide you with your UPS tracking number, you can track your bike at www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

Bulky items

Bulky items are delivered internationally via UPS and other international couriers.

This includes

• Frames
• Turbo trainers
• Workstands
• Bike bags
• Car racks (roof & boot mounted)
• Wheels
• Child seats
• Forks

Delivery is charged per item for bulky items. If a bulky item order contains clothing & accessories, only the bulky item delivery charge is applied.

Clothing & accessories

Clothing & accessories are delivered via international courier and postal services.

Clothing & accessories cover all other product types. Delivery is charged per order for clothing & accessory items

Bike packaging

All bikes ordered for international delivery are assembled and inspected by our mechanics prior to repacking for dispatch. Due to size restrictions of international courier services we repackage the bike in the original factory box, rather than the custom oversized bike box we use for our UK deliveries.

VAT & duty

VAT is automatically removed for orders delivered to the Channel Islands and outside of the European Community. VAT cannot be removed for deliveries within the European Community.

Some countries may charge you import tax for certain items. If you have any queries regarding this then please contact your local tax office who should be able to assist you further. Unfortunately Evans Cycles cannot advise on import tax and duty enquiries.

Returns

If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you.

International delivery restrictions

Due to restrictions placed on us from our suppliers, Specialized bikes cannot be purchased for international delivery and can only be delivered to an address within the UK.
